Dave Zehala is a marketing real estate expert with more than 18 years of experience in direct response advertisements on TV and radio, outdoor advertising, direct mail, print advertising, and web-based marketing strategies. His businesses include a lead-generation service for real estate investors across the country and a local real estate investing operation. Early in 2007, Dave started a regional coaching business that provides training tools and support for real estate investors in and around his hometown of Columbus, Ohio.
