Bob's Rules of Engagement

“We thoroughly enjoy working with our clients, and our clients enjoy working with us. To maintain and promote healthy, professional working relationships we have established the following key guidelines.”

We prefer to work with established businesses because we are then able to hit the ground running and success is also realized much faster for the client.

Before we enter into discussions with a potential new client, we want them to understand that we are proven experts at generating and converting traffic on the Internet and because of that, we don't take time to do request for proposals or free consultations.

We place an incredibly high value on our time, as well as the time of those we work with. We will never drop what we are doing to take a phone call or attend a last minute meeting. We expect all calls and meetings to be scheduled with a start time and end time for maximum productivity.

We treat clients as equal business partners, and we expect our clients to treat us the same -- not as a vendor. We are working with you, not for you, and thus we expect that neither party will engage in any communication that is condescending, forceful, or accusatory.

As mentioned above we are proven experts, so our fees are based on the ultimate value of the service we provide and the results we generate for your business (not time and materials); therefore, we will not bargain or negotiate prices.

We constantly strive, as you do in your field of expertise, to be the best at what we do, but if a mistake is accidentally made, please know that we will rectify the situation immediately and in a very professional manner.

At the onset of our relationship, lets agree that if either party recognizes issues or situations that affect the success of the project, one or both parties has the right to be honest and courageous to bring those issues forward for resolution, or if resolution is improbable, to part ways on professional terms.

Family comes first, and I'm sure it does for you as well, so when having to choose between work and family - let's choose family.
